Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Summarize current financial results for stakeholders by collecting information, preparing financial reporting, performing ad-hoc analysis, and developing other special reports
- Contribute to the production of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures
- Maintain documentation related to financial reporting processes and procedures.
- Perform month-end closing processes
- Prepare journal entries by compiling support and analyzing account information.
- Analyze current and past trends in financial performance including key performance indicators. Highlight, research, and explain unexpected variances
- Support CAPEX planning, audits, and fixed asset accounting; create and manage WBS elements
- Prepares certain corporate level payments by verifying documentation, determining account coding, and requesting disbursements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for reporting purposes
- Identify and implement process improvements including financial reporting tool enhancement and automation opportunities
- Demonstrate ownership of ad-hoc requests and analysis to drive improved decision making and financial performance
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree accounting, finance, or related discipline requiredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred2+ years financial reporting experience required4+ years Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requiredExperience with Microsoft Office programs, specifically ExcelAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with orientation on resultsExperience with extract and analyze large data files and manipulate them into reports for analysisExperience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools. SAP experience (preferred)LI-SB1
