Job Description :

• Functional Consultant with 12+ years of overall experience in IT and in Contact Center / Call Centre business processes
• Experience in Life Science specialty pharma contact center case management processes
• Good Knowledge of Chatbot or any cognitive solution experience
• Extensive experience with Business and IT stakeholders defining new strategies and road map creation for some of the key initiatives in Commercial Pharma / Specialty Pharma
