Job Description

Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through to project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring that projects remain on track. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones and deliverables. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality control. Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Address project-related challenges and resolve issues promptly while maintaining strong client relationships. Manage change orders, claims, and scope adjustments effectively.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Grocery Store / Big Box Retail Construction (tilt wall / tilt up) experience is a MUST have. Proven track record in managing commercial construction projects in sectors such as office spaces, retail, healthcare, or hospitality. Strong knowledge of project management processes, budgeting, scheduling, and relevant software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in managing teams, subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, or similar tools. Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL area.
