Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with 1+ year of experience and current BLS and ARRT (WA) certifications for an imaging assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a hospital imaging department with all general radiology modalities
  • Patient population covers a wide range of cases including cardiac, fractures, shortness of breath, and abdominal pain
  • Shifts are 8 hours rotating with day and mid starts, plus every other Saturday with 12-hour coverage
  • Weekly schedule consists of 40 working hours
  • No floating required
  • Not on call for night shift staff
  • Utilizes Philips diagnostic X-ray machines, OEC C-arm, and Canon portable DR equipment
  • All scrub colors allowed except spice, which is reserved for psych patients
  • First-time travelers are considered for this position
  • Requires two professional references prior to start, at least one from a supervisor or higher

  • Minimum of 1 year radiologic technologist experience
  • Current WA state ARRT and BLS certifications required
  • Skilled in all general imaging, surgery, and fluoroscopy exams
  • License required if applicable
  • Familiarity with direct digital radiography (DR) equipment
