Description
The Learning & Evaluation department supports CRCD's missions of being a results-driven organization while providing quality programming. The IT Specialist will assist with monitoring and maintaining technology systems, hardware installation, configuration and inventory. The IT Specialist will provide support to all entities in the CRCD ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Hardware / Software Installation and Configuration
- Create user accounts for incoming staff as Office 365 administrator for CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partners
- Setup of devices (i.e. computer and cell phone) for incoming staff for CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partners
- Ensure all hardware used by CRCD is up to date with latest security features and software.
- Update hardware as needed; replace parts or replace hardware in its entirety.
- Maintain hardware inventory across all CRCD departments.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Create, implement, and support roll out of new applications.
Monitoring and Maintaining Systems
Provide first point of contact for all CRCD staff and manage helpdesk ticketing system to provide troubleshooting support as needed.Ensure all computer systems used are running smoothly and as intended.Ensure system and internal data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of CRCD's OneDrive and SharePoint are not compromised.Log all incidents and service requests by department to identify training opportunities.Staff Onboarding and Training
Onboard incoming staff for CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partnerso Office 365 user account initial sign in
o Introductory training on Office 365 and various apps and tools (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
o How to access helpdesk system and submit tickets
Lead initial tech equipment issuance and onboarding for all new hires.Develop, deliver, and continuously improve staff trainings in the following areas :Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).Other opportunities identified in the services and incident reports.Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years' experience or related work and / or BS DegreeAbility to create, add, or manipulate systems to capture staff IT needsExperience in navigating systems environments (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Office 365 administration and endpoint manager)Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation skillsSelf-directed and capable of working to meet quick turnaround and deadlines independently.Reliable transportation : valid driver's license and car insurance as required by lawSALARY
60,000-$65,000 annually
