Regional Nurse Consultant - Skilled Nursing Facilities\n\nKentucky\n\n$125k - 150k + Bonus\n\nRedford Hearth are assisting a leading provider of Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care and Senior Living services in the search for a Regional Nurse Consultant. The company operate over 100 facilities across 9 states and they are still growing through new developments and acquisitions.\n\nWe are retained to recruit a Regional Nurse Consultant to cover 6 Skilled Nursing and Long Term care facilities in central Kentucky. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with license to practice in Kentucky and previous experience in Senior Management of clinical services within a Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute setting.\n\nRole requirements\n\n- Previous experience leading clinical aspects within a Skilled Nursing, Long term care, Memory care or Senior Living.\n\n- Registered Nurse with license to practice in Kentucky.\n\n- Demonstrable track record of driving improvements in clinical outcomes such as : Rehospitalization rates, wound care, falls.\n\n- Intimate knowledge of Survey readiness within a Nursing Home, including CMS ratings and Quality Measures criteria.\n\n- Conducting on-site inspections and quality checks to ensure the delivery of quality nursing care inline with Company policy and Government regulations.\n\n- Working with Administrators and Directors of Nursing to develop long term plans to ensure positive resident outcomes.\n\n- Leading training for on-site Directors of Nursing and Registered Nurses.\n\n- Assisting in the hiring of Nurse managers within Kentucky.\n\nYou will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary, excellent clinical support network and a clear pathway towards a Vice President position.
