Property Maintenance Technician

Are you looking for a super exciting job where you get to be hands-on? Well, we have just the position for you! Providence Real Estate is searching for a full-time Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA.

This position typically works Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. There is also a rotational on-call opportunity to help out as emergencies arise.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience
• HVAC certification

We offer a competitive rate of $20 - $25 per hour , along with fantastic benefits :

In this role, you help ensure the safety and comfort of our gorgeous Stratford apartments. You have a blast preparing units for new residents, responding to work orders, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining curb appeal. You are dedicated to going above and beyond to deliver the best possible experience for our residents.

From troubleshooting technical issues to performing routine maintenance, your attention to detail and proactive approach make a significant contribution to the overall well-being of our community. You are creating a living environment that our residents are proud to call home!
