We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll help drive regional growth by building strong customer relationships, providing product expertise, and supporting our dealers with sales and marketing materials.
This is a field-based position that requires travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and seeing the direct results of your work, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the company in growing the regional business through increased communication, technical knowledge and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for all outside sales at location.
• Manage existing program dealers and find new program dealers.
• Collaborate with non-program dealers and new customers.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding product, product availability and pricing.
• Handle customer complaints in a proper manner in coordination with related departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
• Must have communication and presentation skills.
• Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be able to communicate programs from vendors and the company, implement strategies to help the customer achieve the goals set by these programs.
• Must have a positive attitude and possess strong people skills.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Strong team player and ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job.
Education and Experience:
• Two to Three years of experience in Sales.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Must have a valid Driver License
