As a Facilities Associate Principal, you strive to lead both your team and your profits. You have a dynamic and extensive background in the facilities consulting field and are capable of completing an array of different tasks. Responsibilities

ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Principal to join our Mid-Atlantic Facilities team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll oversee projects related to building enclosure consulting, structural systems, due diligence and / or building code compliance. If you have a strong technical background, and proven leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

• Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclosure and / or structural testing, building enclosure and / or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures
• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region
• Overseeing projects related to b uilding enclosure testing, assessment and commissioning
• Performing technical report reviews
• Preparing and reviewing proposals
• Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
• Leading and coaching junior staff members
• Performing responsibilities at regional level

Qualifications

Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
