Sales Coordinator, Easton, PA

GENERAL SUMMARY :

Provide program, project and customer support for sales teams and retail partners.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and provide program / project support for sales presentations, business reviews, and special projects (POG Building, Meeting Prep, etc)
  • Manage customer facing new item setups, cost validation and general system product maintenance (including domestic and direct import items).
  • Provide general support for the sales team and customer buying / merchant team.
  • Prepare analysis, track and report POS, GR$ and customer data as required.
  • Liaison with brokers, including portal maintenance, communication and reporting
  • Research and resolve questions in a timely manner
  • Work with customer care team on PO discrepancies
  • Manage customer testing process to ensure products pass safety testing.
  • Assist with Trade show execution.
  • Support Sales team with compliance fine disputes, as needed
  • Maintain and update online content / Digital Product Detail pages
  • Product / Sample management
  • Provide support for promotional execution
  • Handles special projects as requested by direct manager
  • Supports the Customer Compliance Manager as needed

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

  • Education - Associate's or Bachelor's degree Preferred
  • Experience - Minimum of 3 years of Office / Sales Team experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
