From the first production meeting to the last line walk, you are the go-to engineer for process performance and product quality. Here's how you'll spend your time :
- Designing, developing, and deploying robust manufacturing processes that boost throughput while elevating quality.
- Leading root cause investigations and implementing durable corrective and preventive actions when issues arise.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to seamlessly launch new products into full-scale production.
- Tracking production metrics, interpreting trends, and prioritizing improvements based on data.
- Authoring and maintaining clear, audit-ready process documentation and work instructions.
- Equipping production teams with technical support, hands-on training, and best practices.
- Scanning industry trends and technologies to introduce innovation across the facility.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity.Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.Proficiency with CAD software and core engineering tools.Sharp analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and structured problem solving.Thrives in team environments with strong written and verbal communication skills.Strengths we value
