A day in this role

From the first production meeting to the last line walk, you are the go-to engineer for process performance and product quality. Here's how you'll spend your time :

  • Designing, developing, and deploying robust manufacturing processes that boost throughput while elevating quality.
  • Leading root cause investigations and implementing durable corrective and preventive actions when issues arise.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to seamlessly launch new products into full-scale production.
  • Tracking production metrics, interpreting trends, and prioritizing improvements based on data.
  • Authoring and maintaining clear, audit-ready process documentation and work instructions.
  • Equipping production teams with technical support, hands-on training, and best practices.
  • Scanning industry trends and technologies to introduce innovation across the facility.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity.
  • Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and core engineering tools.
  • Sharp analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and structured problem solving.
  • Thrives in team environments with strong written and verbal communication skills.
