Job descriptionOwning the technical architectural aspect of the entire project code. Designing the architecture and high-level plans, roadmaps. Code review and mentoring. Performance optimization. Technical leadership. Making decisions about the technology stack, tools, and frameworks. Solving complex problems. Collaboration with other teams and ensuring systems are integrated seamlessly. Communication with all stakeholders and teams. Continuous improvement. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ability to understand and handle large scale systems, code bases and teams. Proven experience of around 9-10 years working with React and other modern web technologies. Experience with Micro Front End (preferrably more than 1 year). Strong understanding of the React eco-system, including Redux, MobX, and other state management libraries. Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of web performance and usability best practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Next JS. Experience with server-side rendering in React. Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.
