- Maintain IT Hardware and Virtual Asset baseline
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database for IT Hardware, working with Property, Purchasing, Asset Management, and Digital receiving team to accomplish the creating and managing of Configuration Products
- Collaborate on IT Asset processes and documentation
- Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts and asset inventories
- Coordinate on the renewal of IT Support Agreements
- Coordinate between the general enterprise population and the Property team for the correct excessing of HW assets
- Promote and participate in CM Integration across multiple separate groups
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education / Training :
Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferredDoD 8570 approved IAT Level II certification such as Security+, ITIL preferredExperience :
8+ years of general (full-time) work experience6+ years of general IT experience4+ years of directly related experienceExperience requirements may be reduced with completion of advanced educationExperience must include technical knowledge of Enterprise EnvironmentsProficiency with Visio preferredSecurity :
Must be a US citizenCandidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret ClearancePhysical Requirements :
Able to occasionally reach with hands and armsProlonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a deskAdhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a timeBenefits
