StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 12;On Call Pay Rate : $376.36 - $407.40 This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : 24 hour coverage call 7 days in a row.

Setting : Inpatient

Types of Cases : General gastroenterology cases

Credentialing Timeframe : 30-45 days, temporary privileges available

Requirements : Board Certification, Active Indiana license and Indiana Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Athena and Cerna
