We are seeking a skilled, reliable and motivated Residential and Commercial Electrician to join our team, for long-term commitment with the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in homes, retail stores, apartments, and condos.
  • Work with wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in properties.
  • Upgrade electrical panels and systems for energy efficiency.
  • Proper installation of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensuring the work site is clean and clear of clutter or any other possible hazards.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of hands-on experience as a residential electrician.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, residential wiring, circuit design, and electrical codes (NEC).
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
  • Experience working with both high and low voltage electrical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Responsible, dependable and trustworthy, punctual and hardworking, disciplined and respectful.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, at heights, and in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time.
