We are seeking an Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation experience to join our Richmond office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employment law, including handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and related employment issues.
About Our Practice
We represent public and private employers in all types of employment cases in state and federal court involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Virginia Human Rights Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act among other federal and state laws.
As part of our team, you will be fully involved in all aspects of our cases from the start, allowing you to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
