  • we are partnering with a global investment firm committed to delivering innovative financial solutions. As part of a strategic office relocation in San Francisco, we are seeking a reliable and professional Technical Support Specialist to ensure a smooth transition and continued IT support for our team.

    • Position Summary
    • We are looking for a self-motivated and presentable IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 technical support during the decommissioning of our current office and setup of the new site. This role requires hands-on experience with workstation setup, troubleshooting, and user support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide on-site Level 1 IT support to end users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
    • Set up and configure workstations, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
    • Assist with the decommissioning of IT equipment and infrastructure at the current site.
    • Support the setup and deployment of IT infrastructure at the new office location.
    • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and deployment.
    • Collaborate with remote IT teams to escalate and resolve issues beyond Level 1.
    • Ensure all work is performed with minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Requirements
    • 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
    • Experience with workstation setup and hardware troubleshooting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Professional demeanor suitable for a financial services environment.
    • Experience in office moves or site transitions is a plus
    • Must be available to work on-site in San Francisco.
    • May require occasional lifting / moving of IT equipment.
    • Business attire required.

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
