For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com.  As a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional , you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Lafayette, IN .

Schedule Options :

8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with late days on Tuesday and Wednesday until 7 PM

4–10 hour shifts with Wednesday off (some flexibility, except Tuesdays)

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in family, pediatric, and trauma counseling preferred

Knowledge of EPIC is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

• Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families (ages 10 and up)
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
• Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
• Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes
• Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals
• Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned
