  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Private Wealth Group, RIA / FO Channel in the Central Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's fundraising campaigns across its platform of real estate, infrastructure, and debt offerings. This role involves articulating the company's investment strategy, developing and maintaining relationships with a focus on large RIA firms and family offices, and managing a territory to achieve product sales objectives. The VP will also be expected to leverage strong presentation skills, industry expertise, and strategic messaging to enhance the experience for RIA advisors and their clients. Collaboration, mentoring, and participation in industry events are also key aspects of the position.

    Candidates for the Vice President role should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years' of regional sales experience, particularly in the alternative investments space, is required. The role demands a professional with deep relationships in the large RIA and family office sector, a thorough understanding of deliverable platforms, and mastery of the aggregator space for the RIA channel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, and be naturally collaborative with a strong drive for team success. A high level of energy, discipline, and self-motivation, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities, are essential. Integrity, a commitment to self-development, and the ability to operate with a balance of IQ and EQ are also key attributes for the role.
