• Track, triage, and address VBD bugs and feedback
• Engage with the technical community to understand Technical and Delivery requirements
• Fix content / lab issues and maintain scripts and VMs in LOD
• Maintain content quality and standards
• Maintain accessibility standards
• Coordinate localization of content
• Maintain delivery guides associated to labs
• Partner with TPM on creation and maintenance of Readiness by workloads
• Maintain associated slide decks and work with IP Owners for sign off on changes / updates
• Work with TPM to ensure updates are implemented in the tools
• Ensure product deprecations are managed and flagged to IP leads
• Standardize process and tracking for all labs What You need to have is :
• Strong Development background – coding
• Scripting ability with PowerShell
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly by asking the right questions.
• Deep understanding of one of the areas : Security, Azure or AI, M365
• Experience with Labs
• Experience with Copilot or another AI What we offer is :
