The CRNA will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic healthcare environment, excluding obstetric cases. • Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia care and recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EHR system
• Demonstrate proficiency in anesthesia techniques for multiple surgical specialties
• Adapt to the facility's protocols and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anesthesia practices and guidelines Additional Information :
