Principal Security Solutions Architect

Dexian has been engaged to find a Principal Security Solutions Architect who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the systems meet or exceed all necessary requirements to secure and safeguard clients' day-to-day operations. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and security of information systems and will involve close collaboration with various teams across the organization.

The Security Architect will partner closely with Information Security and network engineering, as well as Cloud and Platform engineering, and individual tech teams where needed. The primary responsibilities will include creating standards, patterns, and how-to guides, and working with other teams to automate these processes. This collaborative approach will ensure that security measures are seamlessly integrated into all aspects of our technology infrastructure.

The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week onsite at one of the development hubs : Charlotte, NC; San Diego, CA; Austin, TX; or New York metropolitan areas.

Scope of Responsibilities :

• Partner with relevant stakeholders, create and implement policies, standards, patterns, and how-to guides.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to advance Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice.
• Drive the advancement of a zero trust architecture in a hybrid-cloud environment.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions, weighing the trade-offs between Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and internally-developed solutions.
