About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR processes and functions, with a focus on performance management, promotion, and talent management. This role involves managing the end-to-end performance management process, including providing consistent feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing high-performing employees. A minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience, particularly in HR within the financial services industry, is required. The role demands a professional with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS and performance management tools is a plus. The candidate should be a team player, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
