Senior Growth Officer - Port & Terminal Operations Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, maritime studies, or a related discipline (preferred)7-10 years of experience in maritime logistics, terminal operations, or related industries with a strong focus on business growthProven success in securing new cargo volumes, marine clients, and long-term contracts within a terminal environmentIn-depth knowledge of vessel operations, stevedoring services, marine logistics, and pricing modelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced settingWillingness to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours when requiredStrong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills#LI-Onsite
