A company is looking for a Pharmacy Solutions Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute and enhance solution initiatives
Plan and execute complex business needs focused on expanding the Pharmacy Care solution
Serve as a subject matter expert on Pharmacy care and support go-to-market efforts
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in building clinical programs or products
5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management or employer consulting
Background in healthcare, public health, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Proven experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
