Job description

Role : ACI MTS Developer.

Location : Remote.

Duration : Long Term Contract.

We are seeking an experienced ACI MTS Developer to join our team, specializing in MTS product development, customization, and operational support within payment processing environments. The ideal candidate brings strong programming skills in COBOL and Linux / Unix platforms, a deep understanding of ACI MTS components and configuration, and extensive domain expertise in high-value, real-time payments.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and customize ACI MTS product components, including MTS Video, Web UI, and associated interfaces (IISI, BISI).
Manage MTS configurations such as AMTS area setup, MQ configurations, MTS processes, lines, and queues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MTS processes and ENTIA database operations (REL & AUX).
Oversee installation and maintenance of MTS Video / Web UI and other payment interfaces.
Apply expertise in banking wire transfer payments, handling SWIFT message types (MT103, MT202, MT202COV, MT910, MT900, MT192, MT210, MT292) and ISO messaging standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payment platforms such as UPF and FinTech applications.

Must-Have Skills :

Proven experience in ACI MTS product development and customization.

Proficiency in COBOL programming and Linux / Unix / AIX environments, including shell scripting and editors.

Hands-on expertise with ENTIA database management and configuration.

Comprehensive knowledge of MTS components and operational workflows (MTS Queues, Lines, Area Setup, MQ config).

Strong familiarity with SWIFT standards, banking wire transfers, and real-time payments processing.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work with global, customer-led delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with ACI UPF and wide payment channel knowledge (CHIPS, FED, EBA, TGT, SWF).

Understanding of banking / FinTech payment landscapes and compliance requirements.
