A Day in the Life :

• Review and accurately process incoming purchase orders applying Quotations, customer contracts, applying business rules and policies
• Perform research and update customer records in ERP systems
• Resolve purchase order deficiencies with customers and internal business functions
• Manage open orders throughout the billing and shipment process including processing order changes
• Take an active role in identifying and resolving any issues from order to cash including proactively addressing any potential order / quote issues and billing discrepancies
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve customer experience and business results
• Generate and send invoices to customers and commercial representatives
• Proactively advise management of any risk to contractual performance
• Provide timely and detailed communication to all customers' requests
• Communicate regularly with management on any critical issues or opportunities
• Assist Customer Operations and Support Manager or team as needed
