DaVita is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) to support our patients and their families at our Dialysis Clinics in the greater Cass Lake, MN area!

Here is what you can expect when you join our Village as a Social Worker (MSW) :

• Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Full time status - 40 hours
• Home clinic will be Cass Lake Dialysis Clinic with temporary coverage over Grand Forks and Fargo. Once temporary coverage ends you will still obtain 40 hours through other clinics in the area.

The Salary Range for the role is $59,000 - $95,000 per year.
