Director, Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Position Overview

Location : Boston, MA

Experience Level : Director (5+ years management experience required)

Education Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Employment Type : Full-time

Compensation : $131,000 - $160,000

Positions Available : 1

Relocation Assistance : Available

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of management experience in healthcare technology settings
  • 5+ years of experience managing biomedical and imaging services within a large healthcare system
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices

Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of regulatory compliance standards including :

    • CIHQ (Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality)

  • DNV (Det Norske Veritas)
  • TJC (The Joint Commission)
  • Broad understanding of day-to-day service challenges in healthcare technology management
  • Experience with capital planning and technology assessments

    • Leadership Competencies

  • Proven track record leading high-performing teams with focus on mentoring and talent development
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional service while building long-term partnerships
  • Professional presence with ability to engage confidently with executive leadership
