Community Based Therapist; LSW or LPC; Intensive Home-Based Treatment
Compensation : Salary : $63,000
Territory : Franklin County
The Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Clinician works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth, family, foster parents, and community partners, providing counseling or therapy, advocacy, and support toward living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
Provides individual, group, and family mental health therapy, case management, transportation, and other professional services to clients servedManaging a small caseload, you will travel daily to provide In-Home Services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.You will meet with each client 2-3 times per week.Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.Assists in family reunification and / or stabilization efforts with the youth's primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth's case plan.Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.Minimum Qualifications
Master's degreein Social Work, Counseling or comparable Human Services fieldLSW or LPC requiredExperience in providing both individual and family therapyExperience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferredExperience with TF-CBT preferredDaily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during non-traditional hours if neededMust be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.On Call DutiesProductivity : 40% productivity requiredProficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.Must be willing to accept other job duties as assignedDriving and Vehicle Requirements
