A leading contract manufacturer specializing in the production of nutraceutical powders and capsules is seeking a motivated individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Specialist.
This position is critical to supporting our operations by managing the data, calculations, and documentation used in the quoting process and production preparation. We are looking for a candidate who learns quickly, thinks critically, and takes pride in accuracy and dependability.
Enter, verify, and calculate data necessary for ingredient and packaging quotes.
Apply fundamental manufacturing and costing concepts to support and finalize the creation of quotes.
Engage with external customers and internal departments to gather production requirements and identify viable solutions for all stakeholders.
Maintain accurate digital records and strictly adhere to established procedural and documentation standards.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven mathematical aptitude.
Demonstrated ability for fast, accurate data entry and exceptional attention to detail.
Quick learner with solid overall computer literacy and ability to master new systems.
Reliable and consistent work habits.
A background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) is preferred.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
