• Experience Required : Seeking a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join its employed orthopedics practice located on the hospital campus in Lawton, Oklahoma. This position offers a balanced general orthopedics practice with excellent hospital support and strong earning potential. #### Practice Overview : Join a hospital-employed practice with one established provider Comfortable with the full scope of general orthopedics Located on the hospital campus for ease of access and referrals 10 days of call monthly Strong administrative support including marketing and practice growth assistance #### Candidate Requirements : American Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Experienced or early-career candidates considered Eligible for Oklahoma medical license #### Compensation & Benefits : Compensation at or above MGMA median, based on experience Superb quarterly bonus potential based on wRVUs $50,000 sign-on bonus $15,000 relocation allowance Student loan assistance $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days annually 25 days holiday / vacation annually Comprehensive health benefits + retirement plan #### About the Area : Lawton, Oklahoma, is a welcoming community located near the Wichita Mountains, offering affordable living, excellent schools, and outdoor recreation.
