Description of the role :

The Longboat Key Club is seeking a Director of Spa & Fitness to join our team who has experience working in a resort or private club. The Director of Spa & Wellness will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Fitness facility to include : establishing and meeting the budget and financial goals, marketing initiatives, staff oversight and training, and leading and motivating staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement spa and wellness programs
• Manage spa staff and ensure a high level of customer service
• Ensure that all staff members are consistently executing company standards to create an exceptional guest experience
• Optimize revenue through strategic pricing and promotions
• Develop monthly / seasonal wellness events for members to include yoga workshops, dance series, lunch and learn seminars, etc.
• Monitor operations and ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment in the spa and wellness facilities
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
