Applications are being accepted for the position of Sterile Processing Teacher for our 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa AZ 85201 campus location. This role may be offered as full-time or part-time, depending on enrollment needs

Position Summary : Under general supervision the Sterile Processing Technician Teacher will instruct prepares individuals to work in hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers ensuring that surgical instruments and medical equipment are clean, sterilized, and safe for procedures.

Job Type : Full Time Exempt, 10 Month Calendar

Salary : $50,651.00 - $84,636.00 Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education, industry related experience, teaching experience, and certification.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Ability to obtain an Arizona Department of Education Secondary or Career & Technical Education (CTE) Certification in the area of Health Careers.
• A minimum of 3 Years Experience as a Sterile Processing Technician
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician Certificate (CRCST)
• Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957.
