We are seeking dedicated individuals with prior warehouse experience who are eager to enhance their skills, including learning to operate an electric pallet jack. This role requires the ability to read a pick sheet to locate products and stack them three high, with each product weighing between 50lbs and 125lbs. This position is physically demanding, and candidates should be prepared to experience physical exertion, especially in the initial weeks.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack after training.
• Read pick sheets to accurately find and retrieve products.
• Stack products up to three high, managing weights ranging from 50lbs to 125lbs.
• Engage in general labor tasks including picking, loading, and unloading materials.

Essential Skills

Shifts

1st shift from Monday to Friday, 5am to 1 : 30pm, or 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 1 : 00pm to 9 : 30pm, with training on the first shift for 2-4 weeks. Alternatively, a Friday to Monday shift from 5am to 3 : 30pm is also available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.25 / hr.
