Maintenance Coordinator

Summary :

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple locations by tracking work orders, coordinating with vendors and technicians, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate has practical experience in maintenance or facilities-related environments and is comfortable supporting operational teams.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and track maintenance work orders across multiple store locations in NCA, NV, TX, and AZ.
• Assist with processing and tracking payments for maintenance services, vendors, and contractors.
• Create, submit, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and budget requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Support maintenance technicians with scheduling, documentation, and daily operational needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, service records, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate with vendors regarding service requests, quotes, invoices, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Purchase equipment, tools, parts, and materials required for maintenance and repair activities.
• Process and manage orders based on individual store requirements and approval guidelines.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and assist with budget tracking and cost control initiatives.
• Follow up on open work orders to help ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Provide administrative support to maintenance managers and regional leadership as needed.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and basic analysis related to maintenance operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The pay range for this job is between $20 - 22 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
