Focus : The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting plant operations through detailed financial analysis and reporting. This position is responsible for analyzing plant costs, revenues, and budgets to provide insights that guide decision-making and drive efficiency. As a key finance partner to operations, the Financial Analyst helps ensure accurate forecasting, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Financial Analyst Essential Job Functions :

• Lead and manage monthly forecasting efforts, partnering with operations to build accurate, forward-looking financial models and deliver clear variance analysis to guide performance and planning.
• Build and maintain dynamic reporting tools (e.g. expense tracking, production metrics) using Excel and business intelligence software to support data-driven decisions.
• Perform monthly close activities, including preparation of complex journal entries and reconciliation of key accounts.
• Support the development of annual budgets and standard cost updates and analysis.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions by identifying financial impacts and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with inventory control processes including cycle counting, annual physical inventory, and variance investigation.
