Must be willing to travel around the Philadelphia area. Sessions available Weekdays, Nights and Weekends.Treating young children.Responsibilities as a Behavior Specialist : Evaluate and support childrens physical, sensory, and cognitive development.Supervise and provide clinical oversight RBT / BHT's.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team for whole-child care.Empower children to build the skills they need for independence and confidence.Coaching parents or caregivers to embed strategies into the childs everyday routines.Job Requirements for LBS : Must be a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania, or have a masters degree in a behavioral health field with required coursework.Licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, psychiatrist) also qualify.90 hours of behavior analysis training required; ongoing CEUs and BAS FBA training within 60 days of hire.Bilingual (Russian or Ukrainian) preferred.Benefits : Competitive PayPaid Time Off (PTO) available for both Full-Time and Part-Time employeesHealth Insurance eligibility for Full-Time and Part-Time employees6 Paid Company HolidaysFlexible Scheduling to support work-life balanceLocations : Philadelphia area
