Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Follow all documented management system procedures.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to production quality.
- Prepare PPAPs and other customer-required submissions including drawings, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and outsourced processed parts.
- Conduct final inspections on production parts when required.
- Segregate and label non-conforming materials and parts to ensure proper identification and control.
- Test products for dimensions, performance, visual, and mechanical characteristics; accurately record test data.
- Perform destructive and non-destructive tests on materials or products to measure performance and material characteristics.
- Manage gage calibration and tracking, ensuring proper gages are provided to machine operators.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques as needed.
- Support training of new employees and cross-training of existing team members.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by upper management.

Education & Experience
Demonstrated ability to apply logical thinking to a wide range of practical problems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience : 2–5 years of production quality or technical experience.Physical Demands
Standing and / or sitting for long periods.Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.Training Requirements
On-the-job training provided.Training needs reviewed annually to ensure continued compliance and skill development.
