Home Health Physical Therapist - Detroit, MI

Make a difference in your community as a Home Health PT in Detroit, MI.  Help patients regain independence through personalized care plans delivered right in their homes.

Duties :

  • Deliver physical therapy services per individualized care plans
  • Instruct on proper use of mobility aids and therapeutic routines
  • Record patient responses and progress for clinical review
  • Participate in agency-wide development and communication

    • Work Hours :

  • M-F, flexible daytime hours, 1 weekend / 6 weeks, 2 rotating holidays / year

    • Travel : Local residential visits throughout Williamsport and surrounding communities.
