Language Testing Program Coordinator

The Opportunity :

Responsibilities :
- Liaise with DOD / IC organizations on language testing issues and ensure proper test administration.
- Coordinate with government personnel on test validation projects based on established guidelines.
- Gather and consolidate input from subject matter experts and provide feedback to the government.
- Manage test materials in accordance with regulations and policies.
- Input test data into websites, databases, and spreadsheets; analyze and report test results.
- Assist in validating language proficiency tests following DLI / FLC and DMDC procedures.
- Track and manage test materials and scores throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and language analysts for test validation.
- Verify examinee eligibility and schedule tests in the Caliber database.
- Accurately enter and verify test scores, maintaining quality control.
- Develop and update SOPs, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Provide customer service for testing-related inquiries.
- Handle and secure test materials according to security regulations.
- Administer and proctor language tests, providing training to new coordinators.
- Coordinate software and hardware requirements with testing centers.
- Review foreign language test materials for compliance.
- Distribute and archive test materials per government standards.
- Meet skill requirements for Microsoft Office applications as specified.
Qualifications : Required :
Associates of Arts Degree from an accredited institution.Five (5) years of experience in a professional or academic environment.Experience in customer service and data / information management.Alternatively, seven (7) years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.Two (2) years of experience drafting SOPs and communicating via written correspondence.What You Can Expect :

Compensation :
Salary range : $41,300 - $82,600, influenced by location, experience, skills, and education. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, and continuing education. Learn more about our benefits here.
