Key Responsibilities

Submit and track all vendor warranty claims and returns

Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in ServiceTitan

Partner with warehouse and accounting to confirm vendor credits

Required Qualifications

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or drains is a plus

Background in warehouse operations or inventory control preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

40+ WPM typing speed and ability to multitask under deadlines
