Job descriptionPay Range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift. Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000. Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200. RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates. Delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing neurosurgery. Coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Assessing patient needs, planning individualized interventions, and evaluating care effectiveness. Maintaining patient safety and using strategies to ensure a supportive care environment. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experiences and outcomes. Be part of a warm, team-oriented culture with regular team-building events and community outreach. Grow in a progressive, learning-focused environment that prioritizes patient-centered care. Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Completion of an accredited nursing program. One year of clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform other physical tasks routinely required in acute care settings. Must have the ability to handle various medical equipment and perform necessary procedures.
