• Must be charge capable with orthopedic experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Care for patients with total joint replacements (knees, hips, shoulders), orthopedic spine procedures (ACDF, TILF), and other orthopedic surgeries including tendon repairs and revisions
• Use specialized equipment including bladder scanner, Hoyer lift, and orthopedic braces
• Required certifications : ACLS and BLS (AHA certifications required)
• No on-call requirements
• May float to other in-patient units including rehab, post-op trauma, ortho neuro trauma, med-surg, oncology, and observation
• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Must be over 65 miles from facility (address on driver's license to site address)
• Compact or Louisiana license required in hand upon submittal
• NURSYS reports required with profile (must be current within 4 weeks of submission)
• RTO restrictions : no RTO greater than 2 weeks
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• Strict no call-in policy
