Senior Fleet Service Coordinator

A company is looking for a Sr Fleet Service Coordinator to support the growth of their fleet services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to technician custody

Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in all systems

Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience

Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
