The Advanced Contract Specialist is responsible for developing master documents and / or account-specific financial agreements, including phases of research drafting, coordination of internal approvals, filing of language with the local department of insurance, programming and implementation; and providing consultative services to multiple corporate areas. The person in this role will create and maintain provider reports and serve as a subject matter expert for Conga. In addition, this person will manage ad-hoc requests for the credentialing and re-credentialing processes, update provider demographic information, and pull contracts for legal, audit, and compliance purposes.

Required Job Qualifications :

  • 4 years experience in health insurance contract and claim administration agreement and financial agreement development.
  • Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and other contract specialists.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • PC proficiency to include Word and desktop publishing application.

Preferred Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Conga and Salesforce experience
  • This is a Flex (Hybrid) role : 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Sponsorship is not available.

    Base Pay Range $54,800.00 - $121,100.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
