Team
A&M's Corporate M&A Tax team provides practical tax advice to corporate buyers and sellers throughout the transaction life cycle. The team works with operating and financial professionals to identify potential deal breakers, value drivers, and other areas of interest for clients across industries including healthcare, financial institutions, energy, technology, and consumer products.

Regular employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverages, and a 401(k) retirement plan. An annual discretionary 401(k) contribution is provided, subject to eligibility. Paid time off includes vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time (PRORATED for part time), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. Vacation and personal days vary by tenure and role.
The salary range is $165,000 - $200,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program based on several factors including individual and firm performance.
