Unit / Facility Details : Bloodborne pathogen C (OR, PACU, L & D)

\n\n

Bloodborne pathogen B (other Patient Care areas). Exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays

\n\n

7 days maximum time off

\n\n

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

\n\n

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
