Job Summary :
Field Engineer assists in developing new products, redesign existing products from field testing and gives technical support to the service division by training and troubleshooting focus. Will be project lead working in conjunction with all company departments for any field change orders, warranty work and escalated service troubleshooting projects. Will assist operations and service in conducting client onboarding and offboarding activities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Design products. Assists in developing new products, redesigning existing products from field testing and gives technical equipment support to the service division by training and troubleshooting focus.
- Collaborate with all departments by being project lead to ensure all field change orders, warranty work, and escalated troubleshooting issues are completed.
- Will assist operations and service in conducting client onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Will create training materials and product manuals to assist in increasing the knowledge of the service team.
- Will conduct quality control checks for equipment before leaving the manufacturing facility to ensure field operation readiness.
- Will review all Non-conformances from the field for investigations and solutions and install new procedures to quality control.
- Will collect field data on unit performance and compile for review and analysis.
- Will evaluate the performance of components to make recommendations on brands / models for unit parts.

Remain Knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the industry.Must perform job in a safe manner and ensure a safe workplace to include reporting unsafe work conditions and safety violations. Must be able to consistently take and pass all safety training programs.Ensure full compliance with company policy and / or but not limited to federal, state, and local laws; plus follow any regulations related to job functions.Must have a valid Texas drivers license to drive to client locations.Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONAL AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related industry discipline.Consistently demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for generating innovative ideas with the principles of continuous improvement.Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.Must have valid state issued Drivers License as required to drive on company business.Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction).A customer-oriented attitude.Benefits :
