Corporate Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
Are you ready to make a company-wide impact? We're seeking a Corporate EHS Manager to lead and oversee environmental, health, and safety programs across all our US locations. This strategic, high-visibility role is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace everywhere we operate.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and systems for all company sites, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact and prevent workplace injuries and illnesses across every location.
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations company-wide; conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments at all facilities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies for all locations.
- Design and deliver engaging EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and management at every site.
- Promote EHS awareness and best practices through communication campaigns, meetings, and site visits throughout the organization.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented everywhere.
- Drive sustainability efforts, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation, across all company operations.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to integrate EHS into business processes at every location.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.5-7 years of progressive EHS experience, including 3+ years in a multi-site or corporate leadership role.Deep knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication abilities.Proficiency with EHS management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel to all company and customer sites as needed.Why You'll Love Working Here :
